I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The rooms were absolutely incredible, oozing luxury and comfort. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the cozy sitting area to the in-room safe. I also loved the fact that the hotel was located right in the heart of the Old Quarter. It was so convenient to be able to explore the vibrant streets and experience the local culture.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

We stayed in an ideally located hotel in the old quarter, right in the heart of the city center accessible to all. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and provided us with an adequate breakfast. The rooms were functional with basic amenities and the bathroom facilities were clean.
The hotel lacked 24-hour reception, which made it difficult for late check-in/out.

Great location, very clean and modern in Hanoi's old quarter. Probably the best value in that district.

A nice quiet, quaint repreive from the crazy bussle of the city. A short walk to shops in the old quarters. My room was clean, spcacious and comfortable. Breakfast was not a wide spread but it was adequate with a variety of choice between the local fair and western food. The staff were friendly, courteous and very responsive to our needs eg, we made e-mail enquiries with the hotel prior to our arrival which were replied to very fast. On the whole we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.
Since I made my trip in summer, the heat was swealtering. The passageways leading to our rooms where there was no airconditioning was hot and stuffy and the air stale. The hotel should consider better ventilation for this area. Another area of improvement is that we ordered room service and the dirty dishes and left over food were still outside our rooms the next morning ! They were not collected the night before. It was rather unpleasant to come out of our room with all the dirty trays still lining the passageway. One just has to imagine the roaches and rats that will soon invade the hotel if this practise continues.

Stayed here for New Year. The breakfast spread was fantastic and had many delicious options to start my day. The hotel's location is really convenient, just a short walk from the local markets and tourist attractions like the lake. The staff was really caring and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.
The rooms are a bit cramped and could use some updating. The bathroom could have been better cleaned, and the room was noisy at night due to the street outside.

Incredible stay with helpful staff, perfect location in city center near the historic Old Quarter, and tasty breakfast. Nice restaurants and shops are nearby, and the hotel facilities are clean and modern.
Nothing bad to say.

The breakfast spread was good with a variety of foods available. The location was convenient as it was walking distance to many attractions. The decorations for Christmas were lovely and added a festive touch.
The rooms were too small and cramped for comfort. The noise level from outside was quite high and made it difficult to sleep at night. The staff at the front desk were not particularly friendly or helpful. the experience was not great and would not recommend staying here.
